Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
For shipments within the United States, standard shipping cost is $9.99 (unless otherwise noted), sent via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping (USPS Priority Mail) is available at an additional charge.
For shipments within the United States, orders are typically processed the next business day and take 5-7 business days to ship via standard shipping and 3-4 business days via USPS Priority Mail, depending on the destination. Please note our carriers may have occasional delays (e.g., during the holiday season), so it's best to get your order in early if you need it by a particular date!
Local delivery to hospitals is charged based on distance from our local facility. Orders placed by midnight will be delivered the following day (by end of day). Please provide the full name of the recipient/mother as part of the shipping address. For address, please input your personal address. If available, it is best to note the hospital room number in the secondary address line (but not required). Please ensure the correct first and last name is listed in the shipping details, otherwise we cannot guarantee your order will make it to it's desired location.
Before placing your order, please double check for any typos in inputting a recipient’s shipping addresses, change of addresses, or mail unable to be received in an apartment building. Baby Boxy LLC is not responsible for such issues. You will be required to pay for any additional shipping and handling costs.
When your package has a tracking number available, you will receive an email notification.
When "free shipping on all orders" is offered (without a discount code), the discount may be automatically applied at checkout. Unless otherwise noted, free shipping discount codes are only applicable to shipments within the United States. In such cases, standard shipping via UPS Ground will be free and expedited shipping may or may not be offered at a discounted rate.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Baby Boxy LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Baby Boxy LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
