Standard shipping (UPS Ground) is a flat rate charge of $9.99 (unless otherwise noted). Expedited shipping (USPS Priority Mail) is available for $17.99.
Orders are typically processed the next business day and take 5 - 7 business days to ship via UPS Ground and 3 - 4 business days via USPS Priority Mail, depending on the destination. Please note our carriers may have occasional delays (e.g., during the holiday season), so it's best to get your order in early if you need it by a particular date!
Before placing your order, please double check for any typos in inputting a recipient’s shipping addresses, change of addresses, or mail unable to be received in an apartment building. Baby Boxy is not responsible for such issues.

Yes, in most cases we will mirror the layout shown in the lead photo of your baby gift box. Each package is handled with precision and care to ensure the unboxing is an experience of its own. Each gift comes with our beautiful white box with silver bow. And is always wrapped with bubble wrap and protected with air pillows to ensure your gift is unharmed on its journey.
Please note in limited cases your baby gift box may not be packaged exactly the same as the lead photo, but we promise it will still look great! This rearrangement helps ensure none of the products within the box are damaged upon arrival.
All baby gift sets come in the same size box: 10" x 10" x 3" (unless otherwise noted).
We never include receipts, price tags and packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that many of our orders are gifts. Your order confirmation/receipt will always be emailed.
To ensure the package arrives timely (i.e., while mom is still in the hospital), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
To order from an international location, please use one of the many package forwarding options available online. Please note the use of these services will transfer the risk of loss to the package forwarding service provider.
If a baby gift box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, our team will do everything in our power to help, which includes calling the carrier and troubleshooting as needed. Please note, in some instances, the issue may be out of our control (e.g., stolen/lost packages). In such instances, we will do as much as we can to resolve, including filing a claim with the carrier.
