I had a wonderful experience! The website is very user-friendly and you have a great selection of adorable items! The main thing that made me choose your website over other baby gift websites was that you also included on the site a gift option for the mom, which was exactly what I was looking for - I wanted to send one package with both something for the new mother and something for the baby. So, the corckicle mug was a great option for the gift for the mom. I guess a suggestion would be perhaps to add in one or two more options of adult gifts that could serve that purpose, although I can't think of exactly what at the moment.
Also, I was very impressed that when the delivery of the package kept on getting delayed, you refunded the shipping fee, even though it was really the fault of UPS. That gives the feeling that you stand behind your service, and definitely makes me want to come back to Baby Boxy in the future!
